Clare which will consist of: Construction of an extension adjoining to the existing glór theatre building to provide a new public library, gallery space and associated office space. The proposed structure will range from one to three storeys in height with a floor area of 2320sqm. Landscaping, public realm works and ancillary works are also proposed as part of the development. External works include the relocation of the existing road entrance to the public area car park and modifications to the existing car park layout to provide 97 car parking spaces and service bays for deliveries
