Permission for the installation of infrastructure including a mobile waste separation unit, a mobile water settlement tank and the use of existing underground storage tanks/outdoor storage areas, to facilitate the screening, processing and segregation of waste products from urban and industrial wastewater treatment with the view of recycling silt waste and all ancillary site development works. The proposed activity will require a 'Waste Facility Permit' which shall be sought through a separate application to Monaghan County Council
