The proposed development also includes modifications to an existing site entrance off Institute Road; an internal access road; parking for 10 no. cars, and loading bay for heavy goods vehicles; a surface water attenuation pond; an on-site wastewater treatment system and polishing filter; earthworks; landscaping; perimeter fencing and gates; CCTV cameras and all ancillary site works.
