5 67 Quay Lane/2 Flood Street , Galway

Permission for development at No.'s 5 and 6/7 Quay Lane as well as the ground floor of No. 2 Flood Street (Protected Structures RPS No.'s Ref. 8004, 8005 and 4203. The development will consist of 1. Change of use of 6-7 Quay Lane from former Café Bar/Licenced Premises to ground floor café and first floor retail use with associated storage at second floor level; 2. Undertaking conservation works, including repointing of internal and external walls, repair works to floors and ceilings to No. 6-7 Quay Lane in addition to repair and restoration works where necessary; 3. Creation of one internal opening at ground floor level and two internal openings at first floor level between No. 5 Quay Lane and No. 6-7 Quay Lane to facilitate access to and amalgamation of floorspace at first floor (proposed retail level); 4. Internal reconfiguration of No. 6-7 Quay Lane including the removal and re-provision of staircases, removal of existing mezzanine level and all associated internal works; 5. Removal of existing staircase from No. 5 Quay Lane; 6. Provision of new external signage; 7. Undertaking all associated site works and provision of services
