the development consists/will consist of the alterations to a previously permitted BioPark (register reference PD/08/656) and its associated buildings including an anaerobic digester, rape seed processing, biodiesel production and fuel pelleting. Retention permission is sought for the following alterations and amendments to the layout and structures on the site including alteration to: Office, Weighbridge, building no. 1 - bio-diesel building (elevation changes only), AD (Anaerobic Digester) Liquid feed system, Wheelwash, AD Solid Feed System, Water/process/fire fighting tanks, Containerised engines (2 no.) Minor bases/electrical switches, Chiller/blower/filter unit, Flare, Anaerobic Digesters (digester and post digester), Heat distribution room, Containerised pumps (2 no.), Pasteuriser and pump, storage tanks (2 no.) Sensor room, Wildlife/ attenuation pond, other incidental amendments to internal road, car parking, and services. Permission is also sought for amended control room, all associated works and services. The nature of the proposed use of the facility is unchanged from that previously permitted; namely anaerobic digester, rape seed, processing biodiesel production and fuel pelleting.
