Demolish and remove the existing entrance gate and replace it with a new entrance and gate from Maryborough Hill & provide for boundary treatment / landscaping to the north and south of the access road to Karon Cottage (house under construction under PL . Reg. No. 16/6882). The alterations to the northern boundary of the site access off Maryborough Hill will include part removal of existing ditch and replacement with brick faced wall topped by decorative fencing, omission of previously approved internal gate, new boundary planting is also proposed to the access road.
