Church Street , Leagard North Breaffy South , Miltown Malbay

to carry out a Flood Alleviation Scheme which works include the following development: a) The upgrade of the existing surfacewater drainage culvert from the stream to the East to Church Street to the open drain to the rear of Church Road and the Crescent housing estates; b) The inclusion of a new surfacewater drainage culvert from the entrance to St. Joseph's Church Car Park to a new outfall into the Cloonbony River; c) An earthen floof protection embankment is also proposed on lands to the East of Church Street; d) For alterations to the existing surfacewater drainage network; e) Alterations to existing boundary walls within the Miltown Malbay Architectural Conservation Area which would materially affect the character of the area concerned and f) All ancillary site works
