Proposed new works to roof will include removal of rear plane of existing slate roof and replacing with retractable canvas roof, removal of part of existing panel roof to create an open beer garden, removal of remaining panel roof and replacing with aluminium framed glazed roof, closing in of existing beer garden roof void at rear by way of flat roof to match existing, re-locating of some roof plant, creating new flat roof over small first floor extension to rear.
