Changes to include; 1) Change of use of proposed attic space to additional bedroom (No.5) to be served by ensuite bathroom, storage space and new stairwell, 2) to construct 6no. new velux windows to serve new habitable accommodation on second floor, on east and west elevations 3) to construct 2no. new window openings on ground floor of west elevation in place of 1 no. large window opening, 4) to construct proposed ‘A’ roof design over single – storey projection to east elevation, in place of hip roof design as permitted, 5) to relocate and revise proposed window openings / design and door opening on the north elevation to suit revised internal floor plan, and 6) all associated site works.
