(1) amend the site boundary submitted in planning application 17/393 and increase the permitted material processing volume to align the current planning permission (16/22) with waste facility permit WFP-LS-16-0002-01. (2) Permission for development of an Integrated Constructed Wetland (ICW) for the primary, secondary, and tertiary treatment of collected surface run-off and process water for the applicant's facility. The ICW will include one settlement cell, four treatment cells, collection tank , pump and connecting pipework. Discharge will be to an adjacent surface water that flows to an unnamed tributary of Cappanacloghy 15 river
