permission for alterations and extension to our existing dwelling. The development will consist of a single storey extension to the side and rear of dwelling at ground floor level and a first floor extension to the rear over the existing ground floor structure. Permission is also sought for a new canopy over main entrance, the widening of the driveway entrance, the removal of the existing south and east garden wall, the erection of a new garden wall relocated further south and east within the site in order to facilitate a new side garden and all necessary ancillary site works.
