Conversion of attic space to storage space in existing two storey detached house to include the erection of a dormer window to the rear elevation and a roof light to the front roof elevation. The gable 'Dutch' hip to be replaced with a standard 'A' roof design. Internally a new stairs to the second floor and the alteration of first floor to accommodate same.
