Permission for development which consists of; (1) Permission for construction of ground and first floor connection to detached units 5 and 5A to form an amalgamated surgery unit/building. (2) Permission for change of use of first floor of unit 5A from residential to surgery storage/staff rooms and associated removal/varying of condition No. 6 of Pl. Ref. No. 451/80.
