This proposal includes the retention of demolition of a wall dividing the car park at the front of the at the monastery and the lowering of part of existing stone wall at the perimeter of the site along St.Alphonsus Road. The proposal includes reusing the stone from the demolished wall and the lowered wall to construct a new wall to separate the car park from the monastery gardens. The proposal also includes proposed landscaping of the car park and the provision of planter beds with lamp posts to provide lighting, trees, shrubs and associated drainage.
