The gross floor area of the store will increase from 1452sqm (net retail area of 1008sqm) to 1761sqm (net retail area of 1317sqm). The proposed development includes a new canopy to replace existing pedestrian plaza, new entrance lobby within extension, new illuminated single board poster sign, entrance glass sign (northern elevation) and trolley bay, graphic sign. The development will also include minor amendments to the existing car parking layout. The amendments to the existing car park and the previously approved car park extension (WCCC Ref. 17/677) will result in the provision of 100 no. car parking spaces; and all associated landscaping and site development works on a site of approx. 0.52 hectares
