1). retain a). the erection of an outbuilding on site and b). the raising of the roof pitch of existing dwelling house from that which was previously granted under previous planning permission reg. no. 99/735, and for 2). permission for c) the proposed conversion of part of the existing attic space in roof of the existing dwelling house to form a playroom and office accommodation with W.C. and d). the installation of a percolation area to act in tandem with the existing septic tank on site (installation differs from that previously granted under planning permission reg no. 99/735) to deal with foul water generated on site, together with all associated site works and ancillary services on site
