to RETAIN as constructed, modifications to existing dwelling house and associated site work, approved under Planning Application P07/1472, including (1) the construction of a basement under existing house (2) change of window type on western side and rear elevations (3) omission of concrete barges over the two side gables and the front porch (4) revised location of the dwelling house, 10m closer to the front northern boundary (5) moving the rear south boundary back by 4.5m (6) alterations to finished ground levels to the rear of the dwelling (7) change of sewage treatment plant and other associated site works.
