for (a) Change of Use at the Tullassa Shooting Range to Activity Centre to include the following activities: Archery, Golf Drive, .17 and .22 and Air Rifles using low sub-sonic bullets and modifiers, clay shooting and compact sporting clay shooting. b) To construct an embankment as noise reduction measure c) Construct an additional Hut to facilitate compact sporting clay shooting d) Change of hours of operation e) Modify the construction of one of the existing huts as noise reduction and safety measure from what was previously granted under planning reference P13/560 and P16/1020 including all ancillary services and works
