The development consists of the retention of an extension to the 3 storey southern bedroom wing of the permitted hotel development (granted under planning ref:17440) which is currently under construction. The extension provides for 11 additional bedrooms at 2 & 3 stories increasing the total bedrooms in the hotel to 113. The proposed development will also provide for all associated site development works including, additional car parking; additional bicycle parking; alterations to ground levels; open space, landscaping and boundary treatments; public lighting and services.
