The proposed development includes the partial demolition and reconstruction of the north-western corner of the building to improve vehicular and pedestrian access within the Mills complex; the closure of an existing pedestrian entrance on northern elevation and relocation of existing signage on the northern elevation; the provision of a revised entrance and new ancillary signage on the western elevation; a new fire escape on the eastern elevation and all ancillary development including the demolition of a ESB substation.
