Proposed development consists of 1- Site Clearance and levelling of soil within the park, 2- Construction of a network of paths within the central green area of the park, 3-Installation of additional seating/picnic benches, public lighting and outdoor gym equipment, 4-Landscaping works to include, Installation of an Open-air Amphitheatre mound with sunken performance area and insitu-concrete seating, a 2.0m high grasses mound and a wetlands/ Sunken Marsh Area, 5-Construction of a pedestrian footbridge over river to adjoining lands, and enabling works to river, 6-Diversion and provision of utilities/services where required to service the site, 7-Drainage and any other site ancillary works required.
