to upgrade the existing dwelling by means of adding on extensions to the side and rear of the property and also including a new garage and front porch. The existing septic tank system is to be upgraded to a packaged wastewater treatment system and polishing filter including site works. In order to incorporate the new packaged wastewater treatment system and polishing filter the south western boundary needs to be extended approximately twenty four meters to include the aforementioned.
