Permission and Permission for retention for development which consists of works to the former APC Building including; the change of use of 1,305m2 from industrial to office and associated elements. Permission is sought for a proposed canteen and corporate fitness centre, construction of an internal courtyard, construction of a 40m2 building extension to the north elevation with spilt level external terrace, construction of a compactor yard, fire exit stair and, service lift including alterations to the north façade and existing loading dock exit door, the construction of 3 no. accessible car parking spaces to the West. Retention is sought of 2 no. windows along the north façade, 10 no. accessible car parking spaces, accessible entrance ramp and steps at the main entrance of the building and a sloped access, stepped approach and planting along the West elevation.
