to alter planning permission to the Nursing Home at Kilbarry not yet constructed, as previously granted planning permission - Ref. No. 17-418, to reduce the permitted internal floor area from 5491sqm to 4589sqm. The following alterations are proposed: 1. Reduction of the staff and communal facilities to the western wing with an enlarged terrace at first floor and removal of internal courtyard. 2. Provision of a shop and laundry facility at ground floor along with a designated Alzheimer's wing. 3. External elevations altered to suit revised internal layouts. 4.
