permission is sought for re-alignment of the access lane granted under application no. 17/592. This revision includes a temporary opening for vehicular access from this private access lane to the prefabricated dwelling in-situ including all associated site works. The position and arrangement of the vehicular entrance at the public road is not affected by these proposed changes. Permission is also sought for temporary retention of the single storey prefabricated dwelling including all site works for a period of 3 years whilst the applicants permanent dwelling is under construction (permission for the dwelling was granted under 17/592).
