1) Construct a single storey extension on the south-western elevation of existing two storey dwelling house, 2) partially convert existing single storey semi-detached domestic garage to habitable accommodation ancillary to the existing dwelling house, 3) carry out minor material alterations to the existing dwelling house/domestic garage including provision of a new window at ground floor level and first floor level on the north-western elevation of the existing dwelling house and to carry out all associated site works including but not limited to alterations to the layout of the existing vehicular entrance.
