amendments to previously approved grant of permission no. 14/297 and extended under application no. 19/7006 for a change of use of the ground floor level only from commercial to a self contained residential unit, including separate access at the gable end and the provision of an additional bedroom extension to rear. All other layouts at upper floor levels will remain as per the previous grants of permission. Both buildings to the main street are Protected Structures (Reg. Ref. No. KFN-33 & KFN-34)
