to apply elevational changes to the existing second floor of the Science and Engineering building, which includes the removal of the existing glazed façade, the construction of new external walls with a raised parapet structure, which will include revised glazing arrangements, the formation of new balcony areas, a new timber façade system to be fixed to the façade, and for new rendered areas to existing plant room facades on the north elevation, a new external roof access stairs, a new solar PV array on the roof, all other internal alterations to suit the new façade arrangement, with all ancillary and associated site works
