to raise the existing ground levels on the site and to construct a Synthetic All Weather Playing Pitch thereon to erect a 2.4m high Heavy Duty Nylofor 2D Super-Betafence inclusive of access gates on the perimeter of the pitch, to install 3.6m high ball stop netting above the level of the pitch perimeter fencing, to erect a similar 2.4m high fence to the northern boundary of the site, to install 6 no floodlighting masts (12m high) with a floodlighting average spread of 200 lux at pitch level and to contruct a 7.0m wide temporary entrance from the Ballycarr Rd to facilitate the construction of the development.
