House Morton Street Clonmel, including associated external works. The new building/extension will accommodate 6 no additional sheltered dwelling units, which will be accessed from the F.H.I.S.T. house and will share its communal facilities. The works to the building will also include constructing a new link stairwell to the extension on each of the two upper storeys
