Proposed new road works along R381 (Oranmore road) to include new entrance and associated right hand turning lane, revised road markings and relocation of existing kerbed road island. Demolition of single storey dwellinghouse (Eircode H91HH2H) and domestic garage/shed, together with decommissioning/removal of existing septic tank system, and closure of vehicular entrance onto L-7110 (Lakeview Road). Provision of public and private open spaces, play and seating areas, bicycle parking, site landscaping, revised boundary treatments, and public lighting. Provision of residential carparking including a proportion of electric charging spaces and ducting to all spaces for future electric charging points. Connection to public water main along the R381 (Oranmore Road), connection and extension to the public sewer along the R381 (Oranmore Road), provision of on- site pumping station, together with on-site surface water drainage works. Footpath connections (including proposed footpath extension along L-7110 Lakeview Road), signage locations, ESB substation and all associated site development works and services. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted to the planning authority with this application
