Retention of the following: (i) Increased eaves, ridge, chimney height and floor levels of existing dwelling (ii) demolition of front porch, blocking up of existing window opes on the front east elevation and construction of new door and window opes to same elevation (iii) Demolition of shed to north gable elevation of dwelling and construction of a two storey extension to same elevation(iv) Extending of the rear west elevation of the existing dwelling. Permission is also sought for the following (v) Demolition of single storey extension to the south gable elevation of main dwelling (vi) New window opes to the north, west and south elevations (vii) replace existing pebble dash finish with nap plaster finish(viii) clad and finish cladding of two storey extension and west elevation of main dwelling (ix) replace existing door ope on west elevation with window ope (x) closing of first floor door ope to north elevation (xi) changing first floor storage area in existing north gable two storey extension to form part of the internal floor area of the dwelling (xii) all associated internal works and boundary works
