amendments and alterations to previously approved planning permission Pl. reg ref. 16/720 to include the following: 1. Revisions to finished floor levels in Estate 2, Viewmount, Knockadosan, Rathdrum, 2. Reconfiguration of road layout and revisions to road levels in Estate 2, Viewmount, Knockasosan, Rathdrum. 3. Revisions to configuration of individual site boundaries and house types to Estate 2, Viewmount, Knockadosan, Rathdrum to incorporate the addition of 3 no. dwelling units to increase the total number of units proposed from 106 to 109. 4. Proposed revisions to House Types to include the omission of 4 No. House Type 3A(3 bed semi detached) dwelling units, 1 No. House Type 4A2 (4 Bed detached) dwelling unit and 4 No. House Type 2A (2 bed terraced) dwelling units, and the provision of 7 No. House type 4A (4 bed semi-detached) dwelling units, 1 No. House Type 4A1 (double fronted 4 bed semi-detached) dwelling unit and 4 no.
