for the following development: To amend the site boundaries and access provisions in respect of house numbers 19 and 20 Radharc an Baile so as to segregate the two houses from the Radharc an Baile housing estate and to provide an alternative access from an existing private road located to the south of the houses. The permission being sought includes the provision of a new boundary between the two houses and the estate and the formation of a new access road, drainage, alterations to ground levels, landscaping works and works to the cul-de-sac road at Radharc na Baile to facilitate the segregation of the sites. The drainage, water and other services catering for the applicant sites and the Radharc na Baile housing estate will remain unaltered
