Development consisting of the following works: 1. Demolition of existing shelter structure located to the east of existing school; 2. Construction of a new classroom and link corridor extension to the east and north sides of the existing school including signage; 3. Provision of alterations to staffroom block to west side of existing school; 4. Elevation changes to the existing school; 5. Provision of new access ramp and external steps to front (north) of school and provision of a new playground to rear (south) of school; 6. Connection of foul drainage to existing public sewer, connection of surface water into existing system on site and all associated site works
