Construction of three townhouses (each 4 bedrooms over three floors similar to that permitted under Pa Ref: 18/7226) car parking and hard and soft landscaping and a new hammerhead turning area. The proposed housing is an extension of, and tie-in to the levels and access road associated with the housing development permitted under Pa Ref: 18/7226. This application includes all drainage works. The development includes a new retaining wall which ties into that permitted under Pa Ref: 18/7226 and the removal of the boundary wall, to the west of the application site, permitted under Pa Ref: 18/7226, to allow the two sites to be joined. The development includes all other ancillary development including underground development to service the project.
