Alterations to extension as built in variance to that permitted under PP RR 04/2703. We also apply for planning permission for the following: (a) To demolish 83.0sqm approximately of the ground floor of the existing part storey and a half part single storey dwelling; (b) To build replacement single storey extension of 105.0sqm approximately to the north-east side of the existing dwelling (where 74.0sqm approximately is common to both the demolished and new floor areas); (c) To replace two existing dormer windows to master bedroom at first floor level with a larger single dormer window “pod” arrangement; (d) To include other minor elevational alterations to the existing; and (e) For all associated site works
