for development at a site of c. 2.47 hectares located to the north of St Brigid’s Primary School’s existing sports ground, south of ‘Abbey Villa’, Monasterevin Road and north-east of the Kildare Tourist Outlet Village (permitted under planning Reg. Refs. 04/927 and PL09.241321, 12/61), and accessible from the Nurney Road via the Kildare Tourist Outlet Village, Kildare Town, Co. Kildare. The proposed development will consist of a revision to the permitted development granted under Kildare County Council Reg. Ref. No. 17/539 and An Bord Pleanála Reg. Ref. No. 300795-18; and Kildare County Council Reg. Ref. Nos. 20/86 and 20/143 and will comprise of: amendments to the permitted Unit No. 101 (c. 96sq.m) and the adjacent service corridor (c. 15sq.m) to provide for 2 no. units and the provisions of mezzanine levels in each unit. Unit No. 101A will comprise of c.38sq.m gfa at ground floor level and c. 49sq.m gfa at mezzanine level and Unit No. 101B will comprise of c. 49sq.m gfa at ground floor level and c. 41sq.m gfa at mezzanine level, with a shared stair core of c. 24sq.m gfa at ground floor level and c. 25sq.m at mezzanine level; the associated internal modifications in each unit, elevational changes and all ancillary site services and site development works
