a two storey creche with 5no. childcare rooms providing a total capacity of 81no. childcare places within a total floor area of 352sq.m together with ancillary kitchen, staff facilities, managers office, storage and circulation areas, an external play area, car parking, boundary treatments, landscaping, connections to services and all ancillary site works. The proposed development replaces the creche previously permitted on this site which was granted permission under PL 09-247909 (KCC reg. ref. 16/282). Permission is also sought for amendment to condition no. 10 of PL 09-247909 (KCC reg. ref. 16/282) to allow the proposed revised creche be completed and ready for occupation prior to the completion of 155no. residential units
