demolish some of the outbuildings on site and to renovate and extend the existing dwelling house on site to include raising the walls and roof, changing the fenestration, adding extra windows, construction of a two storey extension to the rear and side of the dwelling, decommission existing septic tank and percolation area, install a new septic tank and percolation area, a new entrance and all associated and necessary site works
