a change to the requirements of Condition 13 of Permission register ref. 05/300070, which requires that "The Creche shall be operational prior to the occupation of the 70th dwelling". Permission is now sought to amend that requirement to "The crèche shall be operational prior to the occupation of the 79th dwelling"
