The development will consist of the following. Demolition of existing single-storey lean-to extensions to side and rear, sheds and garage to rear and removal of the rear-return chimney on all levels; the construction of new single-storey extension to side and rear with associated site works; and insertion of new window in the existing gable wall at First Floor level. The development will include alterations to the internal layout of the return at Ground Floor level, insertion of an ensuite bathroom on the first floor and roof repair as required.
