Retention of temporary 2.4m high paladin entrance gates to fencing to R448 Kilcullen Road. Proposed appropriate signage and bollards / cones at temporary construction access gates . Proposal to temporarily relocate the existing speed limit signs on R448 Kilcullen Road and add temporary traffic signage for the duration of the use of the construction entrance. These signs will revert to their original location upon completion of the construction phase of Bellingsfield Residential Development in March 2022.
