Redesign of a previously permitted residential development consisting of seven dwelling houses granted full planning permission under planning reference number P.19/7074 whereby it is now proposed to seek full planning permission for a residential development of nine dwelling houses consisting of the following: (a) One 3-bedroom storey and a half detached type dwelling house; (b) Four 3-bedroom storey and a half terraced type dwelling houses; (c) Four 2-bedroom storey and a half terraced type dwelling houses together with seeking full planning permission for an entrance, internal access roads, green open space, proposed connections to the existing foul sewer, surface water and watermain networks and all ancillary site works
