Soho Bar and Restaurant , Grand Parade and Tobin House , Tobin Lane

Permission for the Retention of the outdoor roof deck and retractable canopy at third floor level of Soho Bar and Restaurant and Permission for alterations and modifications for the existing Soho Bar/Restaurant comprising: 1) Alterations at ground floor level and to the eastern and northern elevations to include the removal of glazing, reconfigured access and removal of stairs and part of the mezzanine floor to provide a new double height seating area with retractable security screen o to Grand Parade/Tobin Lane 2) Additional toilets at Mezzanine Level; 3) Reconfiguration of bar/restaurant at first floor level 4) Reconfiguration of kitchen/storage space at second floor level 5)Reduction in storage space at third floor level to provide a new bar (with roof lights over) and toilet facilities 6) Provision of additional glazing to the south elevation at first and third floor level and on the north elevation at third floor level Permission is also sought for modifications to Tobin House ( currently used for storage) to include the removal of the existing first and second floors, roof and windows (above ground floor level) and the provision of a new bar and courtyard at ground floor level with a retractable canopy at roof level and internal connection to the existing Soho Bar/Restaurant at ground floor level; and all associated ancillary site development works including signage and elevational changes
