upgrade of the existing wastewater treatment plant to increase the treatment capacity, comprising of the decommissioning of the existing inlet works including the decommissioning of the existing stormwater overflow outfall from the inlet screens contained therein; the constuction of a new above ground inlet screening works area, the provision of 1 no. above ground ferric dosing system and associated storage tanks, 1 no. oxidation ditch (to be provided partially below ground), 1 no. clarifier tank (partially below ground) 1 no. stormwater storage tank (partially below ground) with outfall to connect to and combine with existing treated wastewater outfall, and an above-ground blower building; and ancillary development including associated underground chambers, cabling and piping, and all associated site development works. A NIS has been prepared in respect of this application
