Works consist of (1) demolition of the existing two storey rear extension and part of the rear external wall, internal walls, floors and columns including chimney breast and chimney - chimney to be reinstated above roof of original state (2) change of use from light industry assembly unit of ground floor to commercial unit, change of use of first & second floor from light industrial assembly to residential, (3) refurbishment of existing sash windows and doors to match existing to east and south elevations (4) new extension to rear to consist of communal bin storage, bike storage and communal storage to ground, first and second floor, (5) signage to east and south elevations (6) alterations to ground floor windows and fenestration of east and south elevations at ground floor level and (7) all associated site works.
