construction of a dormer bungalow type dwelling house with suitable on site sewerage treatment system with percolation area, detached garage together with accessing the proposed dwelling via the existing entrance which already services an existing dwelling house which was granted full planning permission under Pl05/289. Full planning permission is also being sought to access the previously permitted dwelling house that was granted full planning permission under Pl05/289 by reconstructing an existing agricultural entrance to service same and all ancillary site works whereby it is now proposed to increase the site boundaries to match the landowners landholding and all ancillary site works
