(1) the construction of a new storey and a half 3 bedroom side extension (to the new single storey flat roof side extension) with dormer windows within the front and rear roof slope (2) the construction of a new single storey flat roof side extension to form a link between the existing dwelling and the new storey and a half 3 bedroom extension (3) the construction of a new single storey flat roof canopy to form a covered external area to the rear of the new storey and a half 3 bedroom extension (4) decommission existing septic tank and install a new wastewater treatment system and soil polishing filter, and (5) all necessary ancillary site development works to facilitate this development.
