Planning permission is sought for the following proposed development that consists of alterations to the existing service station as follows: • provide 14 no. car parking spaces for staff and customers • provide 2 no. disabled car park spaces • provide 10 no. covered EV charging spaces with canopy over (3.5m high) and fascia signage • relocate the existing car wash facilities to the north boundary of the site (brush wash and jet wash facility with glazed splash screens) • erect new ESB substation, wash building and 2 no. service units (mat wash and air/water/vacuum) • all associated works including revised internal access routes and landscaping.
